This 4 weeks programme is designed as a first step to safe and healthy exercise for all women post partum. In this 4 week program we will address

  • Diastasis recti (Abdominal separation )

  • Joint weakness (due to hormonal changes Laxity)

  • Pelvic floor strengthening.

 

All exercises are modified, safe and tested to strengthen, tone, stretch and recover the body. Please watch the intro video before starting the program to asses your abdominal separation.
