Pre & Post natal training
Classes will combine barbell/dumbbell strength and core work that is specifically suited for pregnancy.
Avoid those common pregnancy aches and pains, and prepare your body for labour and a faster recovery! This strength program is designed to build stamina and mental toughness for labour.
