Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga builds strength, stamina and flexibility. Equally as important – it forges a strong mind/body connection.

Our Ashtanga classes are slower paced to allow you flow effortlessly between poses. Our classes do all of the above and are suitable for all levels.

 

What to Bring:

We advise you to bring a yoga mat, a towel and a bottle of water.

 

Ashtanga yoga is a general term used in the west to describe a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. Though many consider it to be “gym yoga,” this style of practice was originally closely modeled on the Ashtanga method. Unlike Ashtanga, however, power yoga does not follow a set series of poses.

Our instructors choose from over 100 different postures that have specific emphasis on strength and flexibility and many see his classes as a way to work out.

Our  yoga classes are for those who like minimal amount of chanting and meditation with their yoga. Prepare to work hard and work up a sweat.
