Pregnancy Reformer Pilates
Strength gained during Pregnancy will help you during every trimester, child birth and most of all to speed up recovery once the baby is born. Physical activity such as Pregnancy Reformer classes are ideal while pregnant. Gain over all body strength, muscle tone, shoulder, back & pelvic stability and maintain a healthy weight during pregnancy.
